Teddy Bear Parade

Here is a card using the Cricut Teddy Bear Parade cartridge.  I use the Cricut Craft Room most of the time so I ordered this digitally through cricut.com.  You can also order this and get the physical cartridge.  It is sooooo cute, my new bff!
I did this quick Halloween card and also show you how I make my "wibble-wobbles".
